The service

Goalsforge is a football analytics and statistical intelligence product. It reads fixtures across thirty football competitions, returns a single probability-backed analysis per match, and publishes a public, auditable track record.

Not a selection service

Goalsforge is a data analysis tool, not a selection service. We do not process placements, we do not display third-party market signals, and we are not affiliated with any operator. Nothing on this site is financial or selection advice. The analyses we publish are probability statements about future events, not recommendations to act on them.

No third-party integration

Goalsforge does not provide APIs, exports, or integrations designed to feed third-party placement platforms. Bulk data exports are limited to personal, non-commercial use. We do not earn commission from any operator and we do not promote one. If you choose to use third-party tools to act on an analysis, you do so entirely on your own.

Accounts

To follow analyses, save fixtures, and access the full track record you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans, VAT and invoicing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select (monthly or annual). Prices shown include Polish VAT at the standard rate (23%) for consumers in Poland and B2B sales without a valid VAT ID. For B2B sales to customers in other EU member states who provide a valid VAT ID, the invoice is issued under the EU reverse-charge procedure and VAT is not added. Stripe Tax handles calculation for non-EU jurisdictions where applicable. VAT-compliant invoices are issued automatically and made available from your account settings or by emailinginfo@goalsforge.com.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. EU and UK consumers also have a 14-day cooling-off right from the date the paid plan starts. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service (automated scraping that violates our rate limits, attempts to disrupt the platform, using another person's account, redistributing the data commercially without permission, or any unlawful use of the data we publish). We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Data processing (GDPR)

Account and analysis data are processed under the GDPR. The data controller is FIFIJO (VAT: PL7191562591). Where payment data is processed through Stripe, Stripe acts as a data processor under theStripe Data Processing Addendum. Intellectual property

The Goalsforge brand, logo, model outputs, and the published track record are owned by FIFIJO. Personal, non-commercial quotation with attribution is welcome; commercial reuse requires written permission.

No warranty

Football is unpredictable. Analyses are probability statements about future events, not guarantees. The published track record is provided for transparency, not as a promise of future accuracy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of Goalsforge or reliance on its analyses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives at this URL. Continued use of Goalsforge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
